Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorship levels for the conference:
Gold: $1,000 Contribution
- One complimentary attendee registration
- Company name will appear in conference app, welcome video and conference program, as well as on a large “Thank You Sponsor” poster in the exhibit area.
Silver: $500 Contribution
- Company name will appear in conference app and welcome video, as well as on a large “Thank You Sponsor” poster in the exhibit area.
Event: Fee Variable
- Reception, Breaks, Breakfast or Lunch
- Gold level inclusions, with two complimentary registrations

Special Needs:
Individuals attending the conference who may need auxiliary aids or special services are requested to provide notice of their needs in writing no later than 10 working days before the conference so that appropriate arrangements can be made .
Lodging:
Conference group rate is $184 per night at the Hilton Downtown Richmond. Reserve the group rate here by September 17th. For questions, call the hotel at 800-HILTONS.
