Registration Fees
- $425 per person before August 31, 2023
- $475 per person after early bird deadline, August 31, 2023
- Fee includes conference materials, reception, breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and access to the exhibitor area.
- Hotel accommodations not included.
Exhibitor Fees
- $1,000, includes six-foot draped table, two chairs, and registration for two exhibitor representatives.
Sponsorship Fees
- $1,000 Gold Sponsorship: Includes one complimentary attendee registration. Company name will appear in conference program on a large “Thank You Sponsor” poster in the exhibit area.
- $500 Silver Sponsorship: Company name and logo will also be displayed on a large “Thank You Sponsor” poster in the exhibit area.
- Event Sponsorship: Fee variable. Gold level inclusions with two complimentary attendee registrations, reception, breakfast and lunch. Contact IWCF for options.
