Registration fees: $350 per person if registered by 5 p.m. PDT, Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
$425 per person if registering after 5 p.m. PDT, March 31, 2026.
The registration fee includes conference materials and admission to all workshops, exhibits, continuing education credits, conference meals, and functions.
The conference is paperless! Conference materials will be available to download before the conference.
Cancellation and refund policy:
Written cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by the International Workers’ Compensation Foundation by 5 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, April 24, 2026. After that date, the full registration fee will be forfeited if you do not attend. Substitution of personnel is recommended in lieu of cancellation after April 24, 2026.
Lodging:
The Holiday Inn Portland – I-5 South (Wilsonville) has reserved a block of discount rooms starting at the rate of $129 per night for a single or a double, plus applicable taxes. The rooms will be held through Wednesday, April 6, 2026, unless the block is fully reserved before this date. Tell the hotel you are attending the Oregon Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference when you make reservations. Reserve your room online here or reserve lodging at the group rate by calling the hotel’s direct number, 503-682-2211, and ask for the Oregon Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference. Hotel reservations do not include conference registration.
Dress:
Business casual attire is appropriate for all events.
Continuing education units (CEUs):
Continuing legal education credit from the Oregon State Bar is pending for attorneys. CDMS and CCM CEUs will be available for rehabilitation providers. SHRM CEUs will be available for human resources professionals. Insurance agents can also earn CEUs. Up to nine continuous hours of Oregon Claims Examiner continuing education credits are approved. Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors credits are pending for select classes. Certificates of attendance will be available for other disciplines upon request.
Special needs:
