CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Conference registration includes all sessions and conference materials. Contact IWCF at CompConference@IWCF.us for additional conference registration information. Please submit a separate registration with a unique email address for each conference participant or attendee.

CANCELLATION: Cancellation without notice is subject to full forfeiture of registration fee. Cancellation with notice after 5 p.m., August 14, 2026, is subject to a $50 administrative fee.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Room blocks and group rates are limited. Participants should make hotel reservations as soon as possible. Contact the hotel for early departure and cancellation fees. Ask for the Texas Workers’ Compensation Conference at Embassy Suites San Marcos. This is the code for reservations.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS
Application is pending for up to eight hours of Texas CLE credit for attorneys, TDI continuing education credit for insurance adjusters, SHRM credit for human resources professionals, and CDMS and CCM credits for rehabilitation providers. Adjusters must provide insurance-related license number at the time of registration. Insurance adjusters must attend every session in a half-day to earn credit for that period. A certificate of attendance is provided for other professional disciplines.
