You are invited to register as a sponsor for the 31st Annual Division of Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference. This conference is held in cooperation with the International Workers’ Compensation Foundation, a non-profit organization (FEIN 35-1737364). The following sponsorship levels are available (check one please):

Silver: $750 Contribution

  • Company name will appear on a large “Thank You Sponsor” sign in registration and exhibit areas at both Los Angeles and Oakland locations.

Gold: $1,500 Contribution

  • One complimentary attendee registration (choice of Los Angeles or Oakland).
  • Company name and contact information will appear in the conference program.
  • Company name will appear on a large “Thank You Sponsor” sign in registration and exhibit areas at both Los Angeles and Oakland locations.

Individuals attending the conference who may need auxiliary aids or specialized services are requested to provide notice of their needs when registering so that appropriate arrangements can be made. (Arrangements should be requested no later than 20 days before the conference.)

CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY – Cancellation without notice (no-show) subject to full forfeiture of registration fee. Cancellation with notice after 5:00 p.m. (eastern) on February 15, 2024, subject to $50 administrative fee. Substitution of attendee is recommended in lieu of cancellation after that date. NO GROUP RATES.

Who Should Attend?
All attorneys, employers, claims professionals, medical providers, mediators and medical and vocational rehabilitation providers are encouraged to attend. Anyone interested in the workers’ compensation system in California will receive valuable information at the conference.

Applications are pending for approval of up to 8 hours of credit before these organizations:

Certificate of completion available for other professional disciplines.
