Register

Individuals attending the conference who may need auxiliary aids or specialized services are requested to provide notice of their needs when registering so that appropriate arrangements can be made. Arrangements should be requested no later than 20 days before the conference.

CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY – Cancellation without notice (no-show) subject to full forfeiture of registration fee. Cancellation with notice after 5:00 p.m. (eastern) on February 15, 2026, subject to $50 administrative fee. Substitution of attendee is recommended in lieu of cancellation after that date. NO GROUP RATES.

Who Should Attend?
All attorneys, employers, claims professionals, medical providers, mediators and medical and vocational rehabilitation providers are
encouraged to attend. Anyone interested in the workers’ compensation system in California will receive valuable information at the
conference.

CLE & Continuing Education Credits
Applications are pending for approval of up to 8 hours of credit before these organizations:
CCM, CDMS, CRC, DWC, Medical Unit (QME), IEA CPDM, LEGAL SPECIALIZATION, MCLE, SHRM
Certificate of completion available for other professional disciplines.

HOTEL REGISTRATION
Non-refundable deposit of 1 night room and tax required at time of registration.
