A block of rooms has been reserved for Seminar participants at the group rate of $138/night plus $25 resort fee, $4 daily housekeeping fee, and a $14 one-time porterage fee. The rooms will be held through July 1, 2025, unless this block becomes fully reserved prior to this date. Seminar registration not included.

Out-of-State Adjuster Authorization & Continuing Education
Out-of-State Adjuster Authorization – Adjusters handling Arizona claims for self-insured employers or insurance carriers from out-of-state offices can obtain their Adjuster Authorization by
- Attending both days of the 100 Years Seminar, and
- Passing the post-Seminar test administered in the ICA Community Portal.
To log in or join the ICA Community, visit azica.gov and select “Online Services – Industrial Commission of Arizona Community.”
MCLE and Continuing Education – Application is pending for up to 9 hours of continuing education credit for the following disciplines: Arizona MCLE for attorneys; CDMS and CCM CEU credits for rehabilitation professionals; CE credits for insurance producers; and SHRM credits for human resource professionals. A certificate of attendance will be provided for other professional disciplines.
The State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirements of specialists. This activity may qualify for up to 9 hours toward your annual CLE requirement for the State Bar of Arizona, including 9 hours of advanced level training in the area of Workers’ Compensation.

Casual clothing is appropriate for all events.
By participating in the ICA Claims Seminar on August 21-22, 2025, you consent to having your photo/likeness/recordings posted by the ICA on its website and social media platforms and in Seminar promotional materials, and to be included on the Arizona Industrial Commission mailing list.

The fees for attending this informative conference are:
Day 1 or Day 2 $325 Early bird registration on or before July 15, 2025
$375 Registration thereafter
Day 1 and Day 2 $550 Early bird registration on or before July 15, 2025
$600 Registration thereafter
Registration fee includes Seminar materials and special functions, including continental breakfast and luncheon. Casual attire is appropriate for all functions.
