REGISTRATION FEES
$450 per person on or before August 31, 2026
$500 per person after early bird deadline
Please note: A 3% convenience fee will be added to credit/debit card transactions. Fee includes conference materials, reception, breakfast, lunch, refreshments and access to the exhibitor area. Hotel accommodations not included.

EXHIBITOR FEES
$1,250, includes six-foot draped table, two chairs, and registration for two exhibitor representatives.

SPONSORSHIP FEES
$1,000 Gold Sponsorship: Includes one complimentary attendee registration. Company name and logo will appear in the conference program, on the conference app and on “Thank You Sponsor” signs in the exhibit area.

$500 Silver Sponsorship: Company name and logo will be displayed on the conference app and on “Thank You Sponsor” signs in the exhibit area.

Event Sponsorship: Fee variable. Gold level inclusions with two complimentary attendee registrations. Available for reception, breakfast, breaks and lunch. Contact IWCF for options.
