• $425 per person on or before August 31, 2025
• $475 per person after early bird deadline
• Fee includes conference materials, reception, breakfast, lunch, refreshments and access to the exhibitor area.
• Hotel accommodations not included.

2025 EXHIBITOR FEES

• $1,000, includes six-foot draped table, two chairs, and registration fortwo exhibitor representatives.

SPONSORSHIP FEES

• $1,000 Gold Sponsorship: Includes one complimentary attendee registration. Company name and logo will appear in conferenceprogram, on the conference app and on a large “Thank You Sponsor”poster in the exhibit area.
• $500 Silver Sponsorship: Company name and logo will be displayed in the conference app and on a large “Thank You Sponsor” poster in the exhibit area.
