The International Workers’ Compensation Foundation is a non-profit corporation dedicated to workers’ compensation education and outreach.

All employers, employees, insurance companies, agents, healthcare organizations, third party administrators, managed care organizations, attorneys and researchers will receive valuable workers’ compensation information at this Seminar.

Registration Fee
The fees for attending this informative conference are:
Day 1 or Day 2 $325 Early bird registration on or before July 15, 2025
$375 Registration thereafter

Day 1 and Day 2 $550 Early bird registration on or before July 15, 2025
$600 Registration thereafter

Registration fee includes Seminar materials and special functions, including continental breakfast and luncheon. Casual attire is appropriate for all functions.

A block of rooms has been reserved for Seminar participants at the group rate of $138/night plus $25 resort fee, $4 daily housekeeping fee, and a $14 one-time porterage fee. The rooms will be held through July 1, 2025, unless this block becomes fully reserved prior to this date. Seminar registration not included.

Cancellation Refund Policy
Cancellation of preregistration must be made before 5:00 PM on August 1, 2025. Substitution of personnel is recommended in lieu of cancellation after that date. The full registration fee will be forfeited if you fail to attend or cancel timely. All registrations are fully transferable to another person.

Special Needs
Individuals attending the Seminar who may need auxiliary aids or special services are requested to provide notice of their needs in writing no later than 10 working days before the conference so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
